Her other books have also been finalists in the\u003cbr\u003eCatholic Mass Media Awards and National Book Awards.\u003cbr\u003eGrace was conferred the Gawad Balagtas Lifetime\u003cbr\u003eAchievement Award for children’s literature in 2019.\u003cbr\u003eAside from creative writing, Grace has been a part-time\u003cbr\u003electurer in Critical Writing, Marketing, and Creative\u003cbr\u003eManagement at Southville International School\u003cbr\u003eAffiliated with Foreign Universities (SISFU), where she\u003cbr\u003ehas been awarded Most Outstanding Faculty. She also\u003cbr\u003eteaches English at Optimum TransSchool, Inc., a medical\u003cbr\u003etranscription training center, and conducts writing\u003cbr\u003eworkshops here and abroad.\u003cbr\u003eBefore going into book writing in the year 2001,\u003cbr\u003eGrace was Executive Vice President\/Creative Director at\u003cbr\u003ea multinational advertising agency. Grace holds degrees\u003cbr\u003ein Speech and Drama (UP), Mass Communications\u003cbr\u003e(Columbia College, USA), and Fine Arts (Chicago Art\u003cbr\u003eInstitute).
