A young boy finds himself alone in a dark forest. With only a lamp as his guide, he needs to make an important decision: take the path to the House of Wants, or brave the narrower road to the Garden of Light?
In his journey, he meets different creatures offering to be his guide. Will he listen to the majestic owl who owns the lamp? Or will he accept the invitation of the huge crow to exchange the lamp for everything he wants?
Light Seeker is an enchanting story set in a dark forest and features fantastical characters, including a talking Owl and Crow. The story covers themes of love, sacrifice, and the power of choice.
ABOUT THE AUTHOR
SOFIA S. ANTONIO is an Evangelist’s wife, a homeschooling mom, and a servant of the King. She and her family travel all over the Philippines under National Hoops Philippines ministry to reach young people for Jesus. While she loves discovering new places and meeting new friends along the way, her ultimate desire is for young ones to find their way to the King. ABOUT THE ILLUSTRATOR
PAUL ERIC ROCA is a freelance artist from the Philippines. He is a painter, children’s book illustrator, and an editorial cartoonist. He worked for Adarna House as an in-house artist, as an editorial illustrator for The Straits Times of Singapore, and an editorial cartoonist for The Manila Bulletin. Currently, he is a member of cartooning groups Pitik Bulag (Philippines), The Cartoon Movement (Netherlands), and Cartooning for Peace ( France).
